A number of group classes are taught and run by Physiotherapists and in some circumstances Technical Instructors. These usually take place in the gymnasium and can help rehabilitate and educate a variety of patients recovering from different conditions.

The classes provide an environment that is safe and relaxed where patients of a similar condition are able to meet others, talk openly about their condition and work closely with the Physiotherapist to achieve their personal goals.

The classes are specific to each patient group and we work with people who have been injured through traumatic events or who have undergone a variety of different procedures including elective orthopaedic surgery for total knee replacements or fracture rehabilitation, reconstructive surgery, sports injuries also upper and lower limb musculoskeletal conditions as well as relaxation classes for those suffering from chronic conditions or undergoing pain management and rehabilitation classes specifically for cardiac patients, respiratory patients and amputees.
